Production Coordinator - Greenerprinter (March 2025 - September 2025)
• Led production floor operations across printing, mailing, and bindery, coordinating a team of over 20 operators and temporary workers.
• Implemented QR code-based production tracking that improved communication and reduced rework by 50%, missed deadlines by 70%, and improved punctuality by 70%.

Program Manager Intern - illuminAid (February 2025 - March 2025)
• Led a micro-theater initiative in rural Malawi to develop the economy in the region while expanding access to local entertainment. Coordinated with local teams in Malawi, aligning on timelines, logistics, and implementation strategies to ensure the feasibility of the execution as well as community ownership of the initiative.

Product Manager - Telkom Indonesia (August 2019 - June 2023)
• Led 20+ person team to build a platform that digitized a manual, multi-step order process—including order entry, approvals, billing, and fulfillment—by integrating systems such as SAP and Salesforce. Drove product development cycle from user interviews to product definition to implementation, reducing processing time from 2 weeks to 2 days.
• Orchestrated IoT initiatives (smart farming, home automation, etc), by translating clients’ goals into use cases, defining requirements and timelines, managing execution with vendors and internal teams, and delivering bundled solutions with network products (SD-WAN, Cloud, Data Center, 5G, etc). Earned $50K in year one and boosted cross-product growth.
• Launched a telco-powered analytics platform from ideation to commercialization with tailored B2B use cases. Defined product use cases, served as scrum master to manage technical delivery, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and enterprise client adoption that resulted in $562K revenue in the first year.
• Managed new digital portfolios (payment gateway, cybersecurity, IoT, etc), defined value propositions, GTM strategy, and product guidelines. Owned the full product lifecycle from concept and roadmap creation through pilot, incubation, and commercialization, collaborating with legal, IT, and sales teams, achieving $1.2M revenue growth.
